Welcome to The Coldridge Turner
I used to turn wood on weekends as an escape from a busy sales career, now that I am retired, my weekends are 7 days long which means I can devote plenty of time refining my skills and producing art through the medium of wood. There is nothing more satisfying than uncovering highly figured grain or spalting in a piece of timber which is then turned into wood art. The addition of colour can then enhance that further and also turn seemingly plain timbers into similarly delightful pieces of wood art. Please browse my body of work and hopefully enjoy, some can be viewed at:
The Art of turned wood

About Me
I focus on single as well as small batches which I present as wood art, I am not a production turner preferring the freedom to experiment with wood, texture and colour.
